A Silicon Valley veteran, she's started, led, managed and scaled new and established SaaS businesses for over 20 years. Jenny builds companies and teams that transform ideas into world-class products, delighting users and growing market-share for leading enterprise and consumer companies including Intuit (Quickbooks & Quicken), Nuance Communications, Facebook Marketplace and Bluescape.

Vitthal Naik

Vitthal heads Information Technology for Aditya Birla Finance, providing technology leadership to lending businesses. Vitthal has over twenty years of experience in design, development and implementation of IT business applications. He joined Aditya Birla Financial Service Group in 2009 to lead the IT Applications. He charted the roadmap and implemented solutions in the areas of data warehouse, business intelligence, customer analytics, risk monitoring, customer and employee facing portals, CRM and Mobility solutions. Prior to Aditya Birla Finance he held technology architecture and delivery leadership roles in Wipro Technologies and MphasiS. Vitthal worked for technology companies in silicon valley during 1994 to 2002.

Anil Joshi

Anil is an early stage investor and has recently launched Unicorn India Ventures fund focusing on early stage investment. Prior to this he was heading operations at Mumbai Angels and Bangalore Angels, leading Angel Investment forums in India as President. Anil’s experience includes corporate management functions in medium and large organizations, investment in start-ups, project management, joint ventures and business development. Anil served on the Board of 5 companies and is involved with various incubation centres as mentor in India and outside India. Anil graduated in Engineering and Post-Graduation in Management (Marketing) and PGDBM in Strategic Finance and Control.

Jeffrey Broer

An entrepreneur turned startup founder with a legacy Jeffrey is the founder and member of the non-executive board of Grayscale, a HK-based user focused design studio with an impressive portfolio of websites and applications. He is a mentor and advisor to numerous entrepreneurs and startup teams. He was boardmember of Reqor.com a Data Recovery company and was manager / CEO of several IT related companies were he covered the business and marketing side. His knowledge and expertise cover the whole supply chain from initial product development to ultimate marketing programs. Jeffrey lives and works in Hong Kong.

Murali Chemuturi

He is an information technology and software development subject matter expert, hands-on programmer, author, consultant and trainer. In 2001, he formed his own IT consulting and software development firm known as Chemuturi Consultants. Chemuturi Consultants help software development organizations achieve their quality and value objectives. Murali is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Senior Member of the Computer Society of India and a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering and he is a well published author in professional journals.

Ashwin Karuhatty

Ashwin Karuhatty is a senior level business and technology executive who believes in maximizing business value through collaborative leadership, focusing on strategic insights and driving operational excellence. Ashwin possesses excellent business acumen with a strong technologist background and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, Australia. Currently, he leads the enterprise sales strategy, operations and customer enablement for Amazon Web Services. He was part of the North America Bench (High Potential) program, a Microsoft program to grow future leaders. Ashwin currently resides in Redmond, WA

Dan Ternes

Dan has over 20 years experience in the software technology business. He has worked across the spectrum of software businesses from small, entrepreneurial startups to multi-national public companies. Currently, Dan is Chief Technology Officer for Software AG in Asia-Pacific and Japan. Dan was Senior Vice President of Technology for both the Asian and US divisions of Staffware plc, responsible for the Pre-Sales and Professional Services teams. After their acquisition by TIBCO, Dan relocated to Silicon Valley as Director of Product Strategy for the BPM and Business Optimisation product families. Dan is an avid sportsman but sadly his enthusiasm vastly outweighs his abilities. He enjoys squash and tennis and firmly believes that golf is not a good walk ruined. He is an adept spectator of cricket and rugby.

UVK Kumar

Founder & Director – Prescience UAE, Ex- CIO - Head of Information Technology, Doha Bank He has over two decades of experience in banking technology and was CIO -Heading the Information Technology division of Doha Bank Group for over 10 years. He was selected by ACN as one of the Top 10 IT Managers of the Year for 2003 and again for 2008 and also CIO-20 awards from CNME for 2008 and 2010.

Nisheeth Ranjan

Nisheeth is a tech entrepreneur who loves to build, most recently as CTO/co-founder of IntroRocket (IP sold to LinkedIn in 2012) and before that as CEO/Founder of Zamanzar.com, an Indian real estate website. He has worked in tech and tech management positions at Trulia (Employee #8, IPO in September 2012), LiveOps (Employee #65, now 300+ employees), and Netscape/AOL. Stanford MS (AI specialization) and Cornell BS both in Computer Science. Other interests: golfing, hiking, reading, and traveling.

Andrew Chen

Andrew Chan has more than 25 years of experience in the IT, Capital Markets and Banking industries in Asia for Serisys, Bear Stearns and HSBC including global and regional leadership roles. He has diversified experiences from both the bank and vendor side. In addition to his leadership roles in Bear Stearns and HSBC, he had been taking the led on some large scale projects for some major Investment banks in the region too. He's always taking initiative to identify and place innovative products, systems and latest technologies into the complex IT environment consistently and make full uses of his strong experiences in program / project management, business process analysis, application development and implementation experiences to overcome all the mission impossible projects.

Kiran Pradhan

Kiran is a veteran in the Business Application software sector having served many parts of Indian industry in leadership roles in companies like SAP and IBM. Kiran is also passionate about and advises enterpreneurs and early-stage companies on market- readiness and growth. Currently starts the weekday with an early morning swim and likes to fall asleep reading an interesting book, also exploring Electronic music and old Hindi music on YouTube. Kiran is an MBA from the University of Mumbai with an undergraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Radhesh Kanumury

Radhesh Kanumury leads the Global Entrepreneur Program for IBM India and South Asia. He mentors Startups to see how their Business Models can be enhanced, identifying areas where technology can play a role. And lastly guide them if IBM would have a role to play in Technology and Go to Market. He is mentor to several Accelerators. Prior to this he has been a Software IT Architect in IBM Software Group for over 12 years. He has developed complex architectural solutions involving a broad array of technologies including: Portal, J2EE, Content Management, Business Integration, Security, Database, Analytics, Smarter Cities, and Infrastructure Monitoring leading in many key wins for IBM. He also writes articles on technologies which are published in YourStory and Swarajya Magazines.

Lincoln Lin Feng Pan

Chief Executive Officer (Designate), Willis China Lincoln became Willis China’s Chief Executive Officer in January 2015, transferring from Willis Hong Kong where he was the Executive Director responsible for commercial leadership and operations. Lincoln holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude from Williams College. He is an active contributor and volunteer with several not-for-profit organizations in Hong Kong and New York. Lincoln lives in Pudong Shanghai with his wife and son.

Karthik Kumar

Nearly 40 years of experience in business strategies that have a direct bottom line impact. Sound conceptual clarity, strong analytical abilities with a 'big picture' perspective allows for effective and sustainable execution. Digital: Focussed on realising its potential as a business channel across marketing and business processes. Advertising: Key member of teams that created and managed advertising for iconic brands in India across a wide range of categories. Established BAV, Y&R's proprietary tool in India and was engaged in its roll-out in the Asia Pacific region. Market Research: Was in the first generation of market research practitioners in India. Intimately involved in all aspects of establishing the industry, both, from a business and professional stand-points including evangelisation of the discipline, encouraging its adoption in business, tailoring methodology (eg accuracy in multi-language translations, development of scales, using computer technology ranging from IBM 1401 to the early generations of micro-computers, etc).

 Subhasis Ghosh

Business Leader with 30 yrs diversified experience in several sectors, including a 3yr diplomatic assignment in the Embassy of India, Moscow. Has established & turned around a portfolio of infrastructure and service business units for two Fortune 500 conglomerates -Reliance Group & Maersk Group and contributed in multi-country programs for national government organizations of India & UAE-Indian Air Force & Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority. Subhasis is presently helping start-up and turnaround, supply chain related businesses through his business incubation & investment advisory venture-Apex Group, contributing to industry chambers ( CII Logistics Sub-Committee) advising global consultants and conglomerates on logistics, including ports, free zones & shipping sectors. Subhasis comes with executive management education from IIM Ahmedabad and IMD, Lausanne.

 Divya Jyoti Singh

Divya J. Singh (“DJ”) is a principal in the Strategic Investments Group at Samsung SDS, the digital solutions and B2B software arm of the Samsung group. While at Samsung, DJ has led a number of special projects for the CEO’s office including global alliance negotiations with a top 5 IT services provider, and development of B2B2C strategy for auto retail. DJ has strong background in tech. with more than 10 years of experience across functional areas pertaining to B2B software and services. DJ has an MBA in strategy and finance from Columbia Business School (Class of 2010), and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He enjoys mountain hiking, Tango, and traveling around the world in his spare time.

Rajiv Warrier

Rajiv is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of Sodexo’s Benefits & Rewards Services business in India. Rajiv joined Sodexo in 2007 as the CFO for India and was responsible for accounting, financial controlling, tax, treasury management of Sodexo’s operations in India before serving as the CFO of Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services in Central and Southern Europe. He returned to India in 2012 as Managing Director of Sodexo India’s Benefits & Rewards Services business. Prior to joined Sodexo, Rajiv served as CFO in different organizations including Rediff.com, HCL BPO, Bharti Telesoft (currently Comviva) & Epicenter. Rajiv is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and holds an Engineering degree.

Satish Gopalam

Satish is a Silicon Valley technologist with a strong background in product, business and corporate strategy and development . He is currently at Citrix systems working as a business development director with a focus on strategy/investments/ M&A and strategic partnerships in the mobility applications/ SaaS business unit. Prior to Citrix systems , Satish held multiple business development , product marketing and product management roles at Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems working in the areas of Cloud and emerging technologies. He has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and, prior to his MBA, worked in multiple engineering/sales roles in the embedded system development domain. He is based in San Francisco with strong family business connections in India and south-east asia.

 Paraj Kakkar

Paraj has 18 years of fund investment and operating experience in venture capital/private equity (VC/PE) funds. He has served as a partner/member of investment teams at VC and PE funds in US, Canada, India and Singapore. In these roles he has originated, executed, monitored and monetized early venture stage and mid-market growth stage investments ranging from $250K to $50M. He is currently an advisor to an early stage impact venture fund. Most recently he served as a Senior Vice President at a Singapore based single family-office sponsored investment fund (Planet Ventures) with a 7 company portfolio in the food, supply chain/logistics, offshore oil & gas, business services and software industries. Notable investment successes included FirstSource - a business services vendor that is now publicly listed in Mumbai. His initial professional role was entrepreneurial - as a founder member of a mobile internet software company, Unimobile, based in Bangalore and the Bay Area that raised VC funding from prominent Silicon Valley funds and was sold to Verisign. He has an MBA from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada and a B. Engg. (Computer Engineering).

Dr. Volker Kuebler

Dr. Kuebler is a senior executive specializing in international business strategy and operations in emerging markets including a deep understanding of China. As a well-known international strategist, Volker has held numerous executive and consulting roles for leading organizations in the public and private sectors. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Volker started various companies of which several have had successful exits. His success is based on the deep analysis of markets, data, and the application of economic models as well as on his cultural understanding of global markets. Dr. Kuebler (MBA, PhD) has published a research-based book on “Market entry strategies for data-mining firms into Chinese markets” and developed a practical framework on international leadership strategies. He has been invited guest-lecturer on developing market strategies at top tier universities.

Anaggh Desai

Having worked across industries and geographies in his 25 + year career span, Anaggh is amongst the few veterans who have been successful in marrying the digital and offline world. Always ahead of the curve, he believes ‘experience is the key differentiator’. He writes on Retail, Experiences, Customer Loyalty on his website besides contributing to BW Marketing white book, Business Today and DNA. As an ardent Food lover, he blogs on anaggh, also contributing to Zomato He is Co-Founder of 1+99 India’s first Customer Experience Design Consultancy, and is on the advisory board of a few startups.

Pradeep Kamasani

Ravi Padaki

Ravi Padaki runs a design consultancy helping organizations innovate, plan, define, design and build inspiring digital experiences. Over the course of his career spanning close to two decades, he has successfully led product strategy, planning, design, launch and marketing of new products in enterprise software, internet consumer and mobile domains. Most recently, he was at Yahoo R&D, Bangalore leading product management in analytics for digital marketing platforms. Before Yahoo, Ravi was at Hewlett Packard in San Francisco, managing ecommerce platforms for Snapfish. Ravi began his career as a Software Engineer in Sybase in California after his MS in Computer Science from University of Louisiana, Lafayette, USA and BE in Industrial & Production Engineering from University of Mysore. Ravi is an active contributor to the product ecosystem in India and a frequent speaker at product management workshops.

Srinivas Baratam

Srinivas is an engineer (NIT, Bhopal) and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and has an overall experience spread across advisory, investment management and credit ratings of more than 19 years.Srinivas has worked on a broad range of transactions and has accumulated a wealth of experience across corporate finance, M&A, portfolio management, fund raising, etc. He has been involved in various capacities with deals across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, telecom, healthcare, IT, infrastructure, education, healthcare, media, electronics, mining, construction, building materials, cement, chemicals, auto ancillaries, hospitality, real estate, textiles, petrochemicals, etc. Before joining Kriscore, Srinivas was Managing Partner of Milestone Religare Investment Advisors (now called Quadria Investment Management) for two years. Prior to this he was a Managing Director at Lazard, where he spent around three and half years on both private equity and advisory businesses. He joined Lazard from UTI Ventures (now called Ascent Capital). Between January 1999 and May 2004, he was with IL&FS Investment Managers, one of India’s largest private equity firms. He started his corporate career as a credit analyst at the Indian associate of Standard & Poor’s-CRISIL, where he worked for approximately five years.
